Here is a link to the BSA Youth Applicaiton in PDF format. All new Scouts must fill out this form and return to Karen Doyle along with a check for $40 registration fee (make check payable to "Troop 7 Sciutate").
For any adult who wants to go on a trip or help with the troop, fill out the BSA Adult Application and return to Karen Doyle as well.
